CDD Secures Partial Summary Judgment In Yuma County Superior Court Action

On August 4, 2026, the Yuma County Superior Court ruled in favor of Cohen Dowd Durchslag’s (“CDD”) clients, granting Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the issue of liability for claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.  The Court also granted Plaintiffs’ Motion for Sanctions, imposing Plaintiffs’ requested sanctions and awarding fees and costs to CDD’s clients.  Congratulations to CDD’s team of Daniel Durchslag, Neil Stuart, Kaysey Fung, and Jackie Iafrate.
