CDD Secures Summary Judgment In Pima County Superior Court Action

On August 25, 2026, the Pima County Superior Court ruled in favor of the Arizona Board of Regents (“ABOR”), granting ABOR’s Motion for Summary Judgment.  Agreeing with Cohen Dowd Durchslag’s arguments, the Court held that a former employee of the University of Arizona did not report wrongful conduct on a matter of public concern under ABOR Policy 6-914 prior to her termination.  Congratulations to CDD’s team of Betsy Lamm and Jenna Brownlee.
