ALLIYA DULANEY joined CDD in 2026 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Anni Hill Foster at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Alliya earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she received a certificate in trial advocacy and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in a writing seminar. During law school, Alliya externed with the Honorable Ann A. Scott Timmer at the Arizona Supreme Court, served as Articles Editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice, and competed in moot court for two years through the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, sponsored by the American Bar Association. Alliya’s practice focuses on commercial litigation.
