CDD Secures $4,000,000 Summary Judgment Award in Maricopa County Superior Court Action

On September 15, 2026, the Honorable Julie Mata ruled in favor of CDD’s clients, granting their Motion for Summary Judgment. Adopting all of CDD’s arguments, the Maricopa County Superior Court held that the defendant was liable for both conversion and fraudulent transfer, and found that there were no genuine issues of material fact in dispute regarding CDD’s client’s entitlement to an award of $4,000,000, plus pre-judgment interest.
